The ZEAS project is making steady progress, with significant milestones already achieved by its dedicated partners. Several deliverables have been completed and published, providing a solid foundation for the next stages of the project.
The Project Management Handbook (D1.1) has been finalized, providing guidelines to maintain project quality and prevent deviations from the work plan. The Risk Management Plan (D1.2) outlines the strategies, responsibilities, and procedures for managing risks throughout the project. Additionally, the Data Management Plan (D1.3) has been published, detailing the processes for generating, collecting, and processing project data.
The Ship feasibility study package (D2.1) has also been completed, providing essential assessments, analyses, and schematics for initial design planning.
In terms of hydrogen infrastructure, the H2 infrastructure concepts for assessment (D3.1) and the Final H2 infrastructure concept (D3.2) have been developed. These documents focus on creating and refining the simulation model and engineering concept for the hydrogen infrastructure necessary for the project.
